About SABVC
Who We Are
Established in 1994, the Students’ Association of Bow Valley College (SABVC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to the effective representation of Bow Valley College students. We strive to encourage and support Bow Valley College students in order to enhance the overall student experience for the entire campus community.
We are currently ratified under the Post-Secondary Learning Act of Alberta (PSLA) in Section 93. You can find the full legislation on the Government of Alberta’s website:
Strategic Plan
Every five years, SABVC takes a fresh look at our Strategic Plan to check how far we've come in reaching our mission, vision, and values. We make sure we're on track and come up with new ideas to keep growing and moving forward.

The Strategic Plan helps us think long-term, while also giving our elected student leaders a clear direction and the chance to zoom out, focusing on the big picture when setting goals and deciding where to improve.
