About the event
Join us at TransAlta Hall as we promote all things self-care. We will have some fun self-care activities available for you to enjoy, as well as lots of ways for you to learn about self-care and ways you can practice it! We will also be giving out free self-care items and kits* to students attending the event. Refreshments will be provided.
