Bright Pass

Introducing the Bright Pass: Your virtual well-being program.

The Students’ Association of Bow Valley College is excited to team up with Bright in supporting your mental and physical health. We are offering all Bow Valley students a comprehensive virtual well-being program: the Bright Pass. Your Bright Pass gives you access to hundreds of live, virtual classes each week. Classes include fitness, mindfulness, nutrition, yoga, and keynote speakers.

SABVC Open Cupboards is an emergency food hamper program provided by your Students’ Association.

Applying for Open Cupboards couldn’t be easier. Simply fill out an application form and email it along with a current class schedule and a photo of a valid student ID to

The Open Cupboards Program may only be accessed once per semester by Bow Valley learners.


SABVC members are still eligible to apply for the Open Cupboards Emergency Food Hamper program. To apply, just fill out the emergency food hamper request form on and email it to Be sure to also attach your current class schedule as well as your student ID number in the email. In lieu of non-perishable food items, SABVC will provide virtual $50 grocery Walmart gift cards. Applicants will be responsible for purchasing their own groceries with the gift card. Please note that students are eligible to access the program only once per semester.

Feminine Hygiene Products

We have FREE femine hygiene products available at our office during operating hours. They are clearly marked and easily accessible for all SA members.

Scholarships and Awards

SABVC contributes $65,000 towards scholarships for our SA members. Be sure to check back to keep up-to-date on all of the awards available to students  as they become available.
